CAN I ORDER DIRECTLY FROM CICLI TOMMASINI USA?
YES. You can order directly from us unless you live in an area where there is an exclusive dealer. Please check our dealer page for a list of exclusive dealers.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY FRAME OR COMPLETE BIKE?
For a standard frame size (in-stock, already built & painted) it will arrive within 10 to 15 business days. For a new order we need 10 to 12 weeks to build & paint the frame. Custom orders take longer, estimate at least another 2 to 4 weeks depending on the time of year. Repainting takes approx. 3 weeks. All shipping takes about 7-10 days. We will use Italian Post / DHL / UPS but you are free to use your own forwarder. Please note that delivery times will vary if orders are placed around August and during Italian holidays. In addition, we do not have control over transportation strikes that effect Italy each year.
IS THERE AN EXTRA COST FOR CUSTOM SIZING, PAINT & DESIGN?
YES there is a small fee for custom geometry or paint/design. To customize your frame please use the color designer on our website. Please note that some combinations are not possible, we will notify you if your selection cannot be achieved and recommend another option. For custom geometry please send us your measurements and we will send you the suggested geometry.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES I NEED TO CONSIDER?
All pricing is in USD, includes duties and is subject to change without notice. Shipping costs for shipping from San Diego, CA to your location are not included in the product prices listed on this website. We will notify you of all charges prior to shipping your order.
WHAT IS THE FRAME WARRANTY?
For all 2007 frame models purchased after September 2007, from an authorized dealer, we have a 5 year limited warranty on our Steel and Steel & Carbon frames and a 2 year limited warranty on all other frames. Please contact us for further details. Returns and shipping to Italy are the responsibility of the sender.
CAN TOMMASINI REPAINT OR REFERBISH AN OLDER FRAME?
YES. All Repainting / Refurbishment of our frames are done in our factory in Italy. For liability purposes we cannot send or sell Tommasini frame decals to dealers or retail customers.
I HAVE AN OLDER TOMMASINI FRAME HOW CAN I FIND OUT MORE INFORMATION ON IT?
Please send us pictures of the frame and the information stamped into the underside of the bottom bracket. Once we get that information we can try to identify the date of manufacture and frame model.
HOW DO I BECOME AN EXCLUSIVE TOMMASINI DEALER?
There are a few requirements to become an exclusive Tommasini Dealer, please view our dealer programs page or contact us for further information.
I AM A DEALER - HOW DO I PLACE AND ORDER?
All orders for North and South America must be placed with Cicli Tommasini USA, Inc., the US corporate headquarters for Tommasini Italy and the sole distributor for all Tommasini products sold in the USA, Canada and South America. Payment in full is required before your order can be shipped to you. You may pay by credit card (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover), by check or PayPal.
I AM A CONSUMER - HOW DO I PLACE AND ORDER?
Retail buyers may purchase directly from Cicli Tommasini USA unless there is an exclusive dealer within 100 miles of your home.
ACCESSORY SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
All accessory shipments are mailed via DHL, 2-Day with insurance, shipping fees are based on your location and can range from $15 to more than $40. If you are unsatisfied with your items for any reason, you may return them to us. A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be issued on all merchandise returned within 30 days of the original shipment date. After 30 days, a credit for the price of the merchandise will be issued on all merchandise returned within 60 days of the original shipment date. All merchandise must be returned unused, unworn and in the original box or packaging. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable.
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN ON MERCHANDISE RETURNED AFTER 60 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT DATE.
To assist in processing your refund or credit, please include a copy of your original receipt with the merchandise.
DOES TOMMASINI ALLOW INTERNET SALES?
Dealers may not sell our products on Ebay and/or on any other type of auction site. Internet sales in general are strongly discouraged. If you have purchased a new Tommasini frame on the internet, please notify us to ensure you have not purchased a counterfeit Tommasini frame. To ensure your frame is authentic, please order through exclusive dealers only or Cicli Tommasini USA. A list of exclusive dealers can be found on our website.
CAN I BUY TOMMASINI FRAME DECALS?
NO but we do offer repainting and refurbishing at our factory in Italy. For liability purposes, Tommasini does not sell or send frame decals to dealers, frame builders, frame painters or retail customers. NO EXCEPTIONS - please don't ask, we get many requests for decals and we really mean it when we say there are no exceptions. If you have purchased Tommasini frame decals, they are counterfeit and have been reproduced without the permission of Tommasini.
